21 Day Body Transformation & Detox
This week on the podcast, I spilled every detail of my finally-perfected 21 day total body transformation & detox regimen. I originally came up with this strategy because I am an ultimate procrastinator, when it comes to preparation for a big event. Nothing gives me that certain thrill, quite like an invitation to a party, where I know that I will need to look my absolute best. Sometimes, I’ll get invited to a big event with only 2-3 weeks to spare and I absolutely thrive on the crunch time mentally of scrambling to get my body into tip-top shape. This quick-fix detox regimen will not only transform your body, but you will also notice incredible results including clearer skin, higher energy levels, and an overall improvement in your mental clarity.

As I mentioned in the podcast episode, it is extremely important to avoid the below items so that your body can fully reap the benefits during this powerful detox time period. If you are able to avoid the below acid forming products entirely, you are guaranteed to see tremendous weight loss results (assuming that you follow all of the other tips).
PRODUCTS TO AVOID:
Any Processed Foods (It is very important that you do not consume any products with preservatives, added sugar, or any other ingredients that are not natural and organic, fruits, & vegetables.)
Nightshades (Potatoes, Aubergines, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Eggplant, Red Wine, & anything spicy)
Nuts & Legumes (Peanuts, Almonds, Cashews, Chick Peas, Black Beans, Pinto Beans, Seeds, etc.)
Grains & Products With Flour (Brown, Wild, or White Rice, Quinoa, Bread, Pasta, Tortillas, etc.)
Dairy Products (Milk, Butter, Cheese, Yogurt, etc.)
Meat & Fish (Any meat, chicken, fish, etc.)
Sugar & Alcohol (No alcohol at all & no products with unnatural or added sugar. Fruit is the only form of sugar allowed.)
The below beneficial and delicious foods are vital to your success and will help you stay on track throughout this detox plan. Eating small portions every couple of hours or so, is very important! You should feel full at all times during the day. Starving yourself and giving into a sudden moment of weakness will only result in a full on binge, losing any hard work that you have put in and progress that you have made.

Below, I have included the recipe for my absolute favorite, low-calorie, and plant based salad dressing, as well as the ingredients and info needed for the weekly Liver Flush that I mentioned on the podcast episode.
Zesty Lemon & Garlic Dressing:
1 Tbsp. Organic Raw Pine Nuts (optional)
1 Cup Organic Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
7 Organic Fresh Basil Leaves
3-4 Large Organic Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tbsp. Cold Pressed Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Gather ingredients and pulse in a food processor or blender until you reach desired consistency. Add Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Crushed Black Pepper to taste. Simple as that! Ready to serve over a colorful salad!
Grapefruit & Lemon Liver Flush:
1 1/4 Cup Freshly squeezed Organic Grapefruit & Lemon Juice
1 Cup Filtered Water
2 Large Organic Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp. Cold Pressed Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pulse ingredients in a blender or food processor until olive oil is evenly dispersed throughout the concoction. Immediately pour the mixture into a glass over ice and drink quickly with a straw. (Be sure to drink this after a workout, or else you may feel nauseous due to the olive oil)
